This review is based on last years order of seeds. I ordered these seeds to fill in between 150 plugs  as I knew zoysia is slow growing. All I can say is Wow, Wow, Wow it is like walking on air. I was a little worried at first when I planted as we had a cold snap before they sprouted but as soon as it warmed up they took off and now you have to look close to tell where the plugs were put in. All my hard work and patience has paid off and I am looking forward to moving on to another area and saving a ton of money and disappointments as zenith is hard to get in my area.Thanks Seed Ranch and I look forward to ordering again.

I was supposed to receive the item by today. Per the tracking ID, the order is still pending to even arrive at the post office. By the time I get the seed I won't be able to plant it until spring. Very disappointed.
