Ordering and delivery was excellent! Remind me in 4 months and I will rate germination if it occurs. Also I should be able to give you a rating of turf quality in approximately 3 years if requested.

U.S. Postal Service has turned 7 day delivery into 10 day? delivery. You guys should find a more reliable delivery service.

I purchased 2 five pound bags an sure enough it's 52% seed rest inert matter but after further review it is purple on the website. The one 5 pound bag say's 20,000 sq. ft coverage but half this rate will produce faster and thicker turf. So 2.5 pounds actual seed cover close to half acre. Just doesn't sound right. Didn't like the (unsettling) 300 dollar price for five pound actual seed. Knowing that going into this the wear and tear was a con or slow to repair. The pro was shade tolerate. Maybe should have gotten Yukon Bermuda. Same price but 25 pounds. THEY GOT ME @ CERTIFIED. I would like to return for the Yukon or midnight 50 lb. I'm ready to plant just haven't decided yet.
