1 of 5 FAILURE TO SHIP ORDER, POOR COMMUNICATION August 23, 2020

Had two previous orders to this one that were excellent.  Performance on this order was dismal.  Ordered on 7/20/20.  Approximately 8/16/20 attempted contact via email, no reply.  On 8/18/20 contacted Seed Ranch by phone and was told that the order was on hold due to postage not being paid.  Told the woman that shipping was supposed to be free, confirmed on invoice.  Asked why my PayPal account was charged if the order was on hold and asked why I wasn't contacted about the perceived problem.  No reply to this question.  8/18/20 received email that shipment was being prepped, checked tracking number and USPS says label prepared, not shipped.  8/23/20 status the same, item not received by USPS.  You have my money, but I have no idea when I will receive my order, when it will arrive at the Post Office or if there is another problem.
