Order was placed twice during check out some how.
I didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t ask for Pay Pal and donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t like them being a part of the process and another company involved unnessisarily mining data
Now PP is annoying me by email to get their app.
2. You have 2 names, seed world Seed ranch which is confusing to buyers and my accounting dept
3. When I go to the Lutz store all front staff and guys in warehouse are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Help me load product etc A+ service, use credit card, quit in and out which is helpful to me

It was easy to order thie insetcticide from Seed Ranch, the delivery datemet my expectations. The product, from a previous experience was very good to get rid of grubs on my loan.

Overall experience was good, except that when I received notification that my order was shipped, and I tracked my shipment, nothing showed up except that the label was created, but not picked up by UPS. After about almost a week, I contacted Seed Ranch about my shipment by email, but no one responded. The next day my package arrived.

I ordered this several weeks ago and got a shipping notice and trk#. Check trk # and it hasn’t left the dock. Took my payment and sent me this link for a survey. Several emails to you, no response. Send me my order or return my money or tell me whats going on. Really poor customer service or a great ripoff!
