Terrible customer service, they don't even email you the simple tracking info or mention it's number. However if I did want to track my package I'd have to create an account on they're website which I have no interest or reason to, just to simply time things for my crops. This is my first and hopefully last time shopping with them for something so simple. I am an in the door out the door shopper. I didn't come hear to join a club. Product! Receipt! Tracking! That's simple business. I am still waiting on my 7$ package...I placed 400$ worth spread across the web this week alone and every single order no matter the business lvl and size had a tracking number, receipt, and I'm sitting here with all this product from else places waiting waiting waiting for these people because I thought I could save a dollar. If your here shopping, spend the extra dollar somewhere more professional and won't waste your time. I've possibly caused contamination factors in my lab now due to over preservating.
