An order was placed, but 5 days later it shows on my account as have "shipped", but the tracking number says Fed Ex had not received it. After calling the customer service number, I found out it is out of stock and has not shipped. I did not receive any notification of it being out of stock. And the account still shows as Shipped. Very nice lady on the phone has cancelled my order. Disappointed in lack of communication,
