Beyond frustrated.
Tried to checkout buying Gnatrol, as I have done many timed before, and was declined by fraud department. Checked with my credit card company and have no issue. Called your company and very nice representative said that it wa an issue with a new web design. She took my order over the phone. But now I can't track shipping.
And I want to order another Gnatrol tub but am getting the same decline message, even with a different credit card. Tried the Amazon Pay button (I'm a Prime member) and Amazon pay won't load.
Behond frustrated.

Communication is tops for me and Seed Ranch is on it. I am never wondering what happened to my order because they already let me know and I know when it will be here. On time as usual.
