USPS could not deliver due to leaking product. Poorly packaged. Was returned by USPS to Seed Ranch. Called to report problem and no answer. On hold forever twice. No response. Very expensive product. Want refund, I had to buy elsewhere because I needed it.

Fast delivery and easy ordering, great prices

First time I used this company and I’m very satisfied. Easy to order, great pricing, great fast delivery. The reason for four stars instead of five was only because the packaging could have been better. Some padding materials should have been used. The cap to my product was smashed in and it took me a while with some pliers to pull it back out. I was worried I was going to break the container but it worked out.

The products was poorly packaged, The box was ripped open from top corner to almost the bottom corner and could have and may have fallen out at some point because there was evidence and the smell of leakage. This is a very costly product and better care in packages needs to be considered for any future orders.
